Each month following, a recurring e-commerce transaction for your service will be processed as
service automatically renews monthly until cancelled by customer. When cancelling service on any day

full and payments received for unused service will not be refunded or credited to account. To
cancel, customer must call into our customer service center to place the request. Digital Phone:
Service applies to direct-dial, local and nationwide long-distance voice calling, and Caller ID,
Hold, Call Waiting and 3-way calling. Service requires power, unlike analog Business Phone lines.
Voicemail and/or Text messaging service can be added for an additional monthly fee. Service excludes
call center, data services, conference lines, directory and operator assistance, chat lines,
pay-per-call, calling card use, or multi-housing units, 0+ dialing, and 3-digit dialing (other than
911, 711, 611 and 411), and Premium service. Not recommended for business fax purposes, Point of
Sale (POS) credit card transactions or security systems; doesn’t support collect calls, third-party
calls and 900 numbers.

Traditional Phone: Monthly Recurring Charge (“MRC”) applies to CenturyLink Business customers who
subscribe to a qualifying Business Internet plan (up to 10 lines) for direct-dial local and
nationwide voice calling, designated calling features and unlimited nationwide long-distance
service, including all U.S. territories and possessions; excludes data and facsimile services
(including dial-up Internet connections), conference lines, directory and operator assistance, chat
lines, pay-per-call, calling card use. Restrictions on number of local and long-distance
packages/plans per account apply. Customer may subscribe to a maximum of ten (10) lines per
location; additional MRC will apply to each subscriber seat. Usage may be monitored, and customer
may be required to show compliance if usage exceeds 3,000 minutes/mo. or non-compliance indicated.
International calling billed separately.
3Microsoft 365: Customer will receive the Business Basic plan with
subscriptions to use the products by the specified number of users during customer’s subscription
term with CenturyLink, which begins upon initial installation and activation of the product. These
services are subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions included with the product. Features
may be added, modified, or removed during the service period and customer should install updates
when they become available. Microsoft 365 is designed to work with the current or immediately
previous version of Internet Explorer or Firefox, or the latest version of Chrome or Safari.
